size is true, and very comfortable. I did add insoles in my boots, but i do that in all my boots. I wear them all day long while working and they feel great all day long. not too mention they are great looking boots. I have literally got compliments on them almost every day since I got them. for the price you really can't beat these. I will definitely order again when they inevitably wear out. I am horrible on footwear. I have these on up to 14 hours a day. If your on the fence, jump off and buy these!

The size 9 1/2 feels a little generous so there's room for thick socks. The boots broke in pretty quickly and got several compliments. Not as deep royal blue as expected but with some turquoise. Still looks good, great price and fast delivery!
