Dimora Silicone Foam Dressing 4"x4" with Border 10 packs is suitable for wounds within 2.5"x2.5" (foam pad size), useful for moderate to highly exuding wounds such as surgical incisions, sacral decubitus wounds, pressure ulcers, venous leg ulcers, neuropathic ulcers, arterial ulcers, post-operative, Ⅰ-Ⅱ-degree burns. Silicone foam dressing allows for painless peeling and non-adherent wound exudate. It also maintains moisture balance to provide a moist healing environment for the wound to ensure the wound is not easily macerated.

- PROMOTE HEALING LESS PAIN - Absorbs 15 times more wound exudate than our 5 layer material adhesive wound dressings. Silicone bandage maintains a healthy moisture environment, creates a barrier from the outside, promotes wound healing.
- GENTLE BUT SECURE ADHESION - We use an A+ medical grade hypoallergenic soft silicone as the wound contact layer, silicone border foam absorbs dead tissue cells, won't stick to the moist wound, while is sticky enough to stick to dry skin, minimizing pain and trauma at dressing change.
- WATER-RESISTANT PROTECTION - Semi-permeable PU film layer is water-resistant and breathable, providing a liquid barrier while allowing the passage of oxygen and water vapor, effectively protecting the wound healing process.
- MAKE LIFE EASIER - The foam dressing with a unique 2mm thick foam core layer to maximize the absorbent to 15 times, SAF layer to lock the exudates to avoid maceration, non-woven layer to disperse exudate, more absorbent than traditional bandage gauze, no need to change frequently.

The Dimora Silicone Foam Dressing with Borders has been a lifesaver for my wound care. The adhesive border around the foam dressing clung to my skin and held dressing in place until removed. Very lightweight. If wound has lots of drainage, will have to use more than one dressing daily.
