Good service except there is confusion on Diet Coke. I'd indicated to substitute but then instead I understood the product would be delivered later when available? I never have received the Diet Coke I ordered. Should I just reorder? Also, I always have trouble with the “tipping precess.” Sometimes there's an option on how much to tip, but yesterday after the order was delivered, I received notification that I had tipped over $10.00, which wasn't the case. I would normally tip AFTER my order was delivered. It's just very confusing the way the system is set up
