I am happy with this pad for my evaporative cooler. it's a little thinner than I expected but it still does the job. And for half the price as the blue synthetic ones it definitely worth it!

Smells Terrible but Works Well
Overpowering chemical smell! After installing pads, ran cooler water cycle without blower fan, then drained cooler a couple times to rinse them, which helped some.
