lack if care packaging

the picture was ok but was crinkled a bit when it arrived due to lack if care when packaging and the picture frame said composite material didntrealize that meant cardboard that had been painted black , the frame was in multiple peices when it arrived very disappointed seeing how it was a gift for someone
