multiple problems

Arrived without all the required hardware to assemble. Welded together in a different configuration from the photos in assembly instructions, so IT CANNOT BE POSITIONED IN THE CONFIGURATIONS SUGGESTED BY THE MANUFACTURER FOR PARTICULAR PITCHES. No instructions on how to actually use it other than assembly and warnings on what NOT to do. Claims to be for adults, but legs provided only bring the release point for the ball up to about mid-torso, so unless you're only going to face submariners, the ball does start on the same plane that it would from a normal adult pitcher. it's extremely heavy and awkward to carry. not very portable at all. both wheels came completely flat. the panels covering the wheel housing are secured with allen-head screws and several had been incorrectly installed at the factory and had stripped the threads on housing cover itself. Had to use a tap-and-die kit to re-thread the housing cover and buy new screws that were more appropriate for the job (not allen-head screws which are not at all right for this purpose - the head strips way too easily). screws used to put the auto-feeder together are placed in the one place that they shouldn't be, in the path of the ball, so the balls don't freely roll down the feeder. they get stuck on the protruding nut. I mean, it's as if they haven't ever even tried to use their own product, or don't care that it doesn't work. I'm going to have to move the screws that hold the feeder together which means drilling new holes in locations that don't obstruct the ball. The assembly instructions appear to have been printed on a cheap home printer from 15 years ago. The pictures aren't much more than black blobs. The only thing i can say positive about this machine so far is that when I finally got it together and turned it on, the ball did come out of the hole it was expected to come out of. I'm not sure that's even worth the 1 star rating, but that's the lowest rating this site will allow. Do not buy
