Desert Essence Coconut Oil Pulling Rinse 8 oz Liquid

I recently learned about oil pulling with teeth and seen Desert Essence made a dual phase oil pulling so I instantly bought it. My first bottle probably lasted 2-3 months, and I try to do it a steady 20 mins a night before bed every night (at least 10 minutes minimum). I can honestly say, the days I don't use it, I can feel a difference. I can't believe I haven't learned about oil pulling earlier on. Most of the things online are DIY but if you're someone who doesn't want to waste time and is always on the go, this is a wonderful alternative and fairly priced. The taste isn't anything bad, just be sure to spit it into trash cans because the thickness can clog sinks.
