I had what smelled like a yeast infection on my underarm with enlarged hair bumps or "risings". The miconazole did not help but after applying a bit of Derman antifungal it cleared up beautifully. Going to order several tubes to have on hand.

Stuff works
I tried lots of different things none of them ever seem to work. I got this by accident once when I order something else and Walmart gave me this as a substitute because they were out of the cream I had ordered. This really works give it at least three to four weeks and follow the directions it works.
