These adult diapers/underwear are great for me to wear with my pads. if I wear them on their own they leak horribly. I have nighttime incontinence and that is just awful. It seems as if my bladder holds all of my pee until nighttime and let's it all go while I'm asleep. These are the VERY best for my body. The other brands and styles I've tried cut into my hips and groin area. But these are so soft and comfortable for my curves. I'm a 5'11 250 lb woman and I wear a 2XL pant, or size 18/20 and the large-XL size fits me nicely. they are a little bit snug in the bum but that's because I have curves on my backside. If you are purchasing these hoping they will hold a lot of pee, you will be disappointed. They're good for urgency to help you not leak while you're on the way to the restroom, and one possibly two bladder empties as long as your bladder does not hold very much pee. like I said before if you do pee a lot or you would like to stay asleep all through the night I highly suggest pairing it with an overnight pad. good luck my soggy bottom friends. the journey to find a proper adult diaper is really a pain in the fanny, pun intended lol
