Great Improvement
Far superior to the regular depends with only occasional nighttime leak. While the regular depends were better than other products we tried, my husband did have leaks both day and night. I think the night time Defense should replace the "regular" products as the later were okay but not as absorbent as manufacturer portrayed and at night, often failed.
