Instructions
Clean ears to remove built-up wax and dirt. While firmly holding pet, fill ear canal with labeled number of drops in each ear. Massage base of ear to insure insecticidal action penetrates ear wax. Gently dry ear with a cotton ball, soft cloth, or cotton swab. This product may be applied daily for 7 to 10 days.
Repeat treatment in two weeks if necessary.

I took my dog to the vet and supposedly they did a culture of his ears and they gave me a bottle of $60 medicine. My vet said that it was a yeast infection however, when cleaning my dog's ears, I saw several remnants. Of an insect. I ordered this and used it for three days and he's no longer shaking his head, scratching or anything. It surely beats a $250 vet bill that didn't work.
