The coffee is one of the mildest that I've tasted. The flavor is very good, The aroma of the beans is lovely. I think I'm going to try a darker roast for comparison. It is vibrant and tasty and it is never acidic or never has that burned flavor that some other coffee has. The beans are very dry which is outstanding for my machine. Oily beans can be problematic. I have been buying illy for almost 20 years and I have tried others and it is supreme.
