Quality Product, Quality Service In a time when most manufacturers are reducing product quality and service, it is refreshing to do business with Moen, a company which still values quality products and service. I have switched my plumbing purchases to Moen whenever possible. A few years ago, I had a problem with a Moen shower head. I called Moen customer service just wanting to know what I could do to correct the problem. They immediately sent out a replacement shower head. The one that I had was no longer being manufactured so then sent an even better one. Moen really does honor its lifetime guarantee. That then is one less thing for me to worry about. This faucet is high quality and made in the US. I was especially impressed with how carefully the parts were protected and packaged so that they would not be scratched in transit or installation. It was easy to see when handling the parts that they were of high quality. The faucet was easier to install than expected. There are no written directions but the diagrams are very clear. Replacing the drain was more challenging - one problem was removing the old drain. There was a little difficulty fitting the nut on the popup lever under the sink. The faucet looks great and has no leaks.
