Love, Love, Love this!

I am SO pleased with my Instant-Hot! It's just great for hot tea, instant oatmeal packets, quickly thawing frozen veggies ( to add to pasta ), hot cocoa, etc. It was easily installed, works perfectly, and looks great as well. I only keep the temp setting at about 80% ~ water is plenty hot & there are no "bubbling" issues. This item is also packaged extremely well. I would recommend this to anyone!

Instant "hot" water

Excellent addition to any kitchen and is used daily over/over again for warming cups, extra hot clean to glasses, quickly cleaning a sticky or messy utensil. What I might have once considered a luxury, I find it a time and money saver, as well as environmentally friendly. Not more wasting water for "hot" water. Excellent for instant tea, coffees, cocoa, also.

Great Customer Service

Customer service was great. They walked me through how to find my product number and knew what I needed even without the tag. Shipping was fast and the instructions were easy to understand. It took me about an hour to replace. The heater has been going strong for over 15 years. Highly recommend!
