Demeyere Atlantis Proline 7 9.4-inch Stainless Steel Fry Pan

This pan is a pan that will be passed on to my children! I own the 9 inches smaller version of this pan and other demeyere cookware and i wanted a bigger pan to replace the bonjour pan that is supposed to be a 12 inch. This demeyere is so much bigger than all other 12 inch brands out there. I loved the size of it!!!! You can do a lot of pancakes in one pan and it gets the perfect browning. I always use bar keepers friend to clean all my ss cookware and after many years of use my demeyere cookware still looks new. I purchased a lid (vollrath #47776) from a restaurant online store and it fits perfectly the 12 ink pan. One day my daughter use the 9 inch pan and forgot the pan dry on the stove on medium high heat for about 30 min and NOTHING happened to it. This cookware won't warp and get perfect even heat everytime! Spend the money once and have it forever!!! Demeyere is by far much superior to any other brand out there.
