Best affordable tool for serious pulling jobs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this in the hope that it would "help" us pull 3+ KM underground optical cables through 12 narrow manholes. Boy did it! We wouldn't have been able to do it without this puller. It worked flawlessly for 4 days, outdoors, even though it might not be rated for that. That was definitely our best tool purchase of 2022! Only minor thing is the positioning of the ON/OFF switch which is hard to reach, even more so with working gloves. We will resolve that with the addition a food pedal. I operated the tugger and I'm extremely satisfied. We even found new ways of using the tugger (see pictures). I would have a few improvement suggestions if Greenlee people care to reach out.

This thing is a BEAST!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this puller since a competitor's model broke. Probably 4 miles of cables pulled in just this year. Still going strong. I actually pulled in conductors for a fire pump today. Couldn't budge by hand and this beast pulled them in with no problem. I love Greenlee products. Always high quality.
