I bought this inverter, because I run a CPAP machine off a 12v battery when at my cabin. This inverter is quiet, and ran great. I only rated it a 4, because I only used it for 5 nights thus far, and want to get more use out of it before I give it 5 stars.

Good and bad
Worked for about 2 hours and then the cooling fan stopped working and it kept overheating. Had purchased on line so I took it back to the store and they did not have a 500 watt in the store so I was given a refund. I'm sure another one would have worked just fine if they would have had it. Price was good and while it worked it did a good job.
