For the price, this online option is a pretty good quality dress, especially compared with the version offered in stores. I have a tall but thin 5 year old who usually wears size 7 length, so I tried both the 4-6 and 7/8 size. They seemed to run large, so while the 4-6 is not quite to the floor on my tall kiddo, it will fit her width-wise for a couple years yet. The cape is pretty but yes, lots of glitter that sheds. I found some non glitter versions of this dress online but they trailed on the ground and I could see that being a disaster when a sibling inevitably steps on it, which is why I preferred this dress with a shorter cape. There is a full crenolin skirt underneath which gives the dress the fullness seen in the pic.
