Delicious and pretty easy to use

It is a learning curve but once we figured it out the coffee is fantastic! We bought very expensive espresso beans but decided to use our Starbucks regular roast to experiment. Ground it very fine and followed the directions and added the steamed milk and froth and a pinch of sugar and it's delicious. Will keep practicing but can tell it's already a coffee drinker's delight.

Well Built Great Coffee Easy to Clean

This machine is solid and well built. Stainless steel body with some heft to it. Controls are easy to use. It comes with two single and double portafilters. Both single and double wall. Also, it includes a milk jug for frothing. Most machines I looked at do not. An excellent quick start guide. It's even packaged with some thought. If you are new to making these coffees it will take trial and error. This would be the case for any machine if you are new to making espresso drinks. The guide provided helpful pointers to speed this learning process along. The milk frother can be operated in either automatic or manual modes. In my opinion this is worth every penny it costs. I am not interested in becoming a professional barista. I just want a good cup of espresso/latte/cappuccino. This machine makes excellent coffee.
