36" wide, four-drawer lateral file efficiently maximizes floor space and is designed for light-duty use. Each drawer accommodates letter-size or legal-size filing from side-to-side with included hangrails. Front-to-back filing is possible with other accessory hangrails (not included). Drawers lock and feature ball-bearing slide suspension for smooth movement. Mechanical interlock allows only one drawer to open at a time. Steel, reinforced case construction features baked enamel finish for durability. Two adjustable leveling glides in front corners stabilize the lateral file on uneven surfaces. Black lateral file is certified by SCS to be in compliance with specific, indoor, air-quality emission requirements and meets or exceeds applicable ANSI/BIFMA standards.

Ideal for small business and home office applications. Mechanical interlock prevents more than one drawer from being opened at a time, for stability. Removable lock core can be changed as security needs require. Optional extended hangrails enclose the back of any drawer. Letter/Legal-size files. Locking drawers with ball bearing slide suspension.
The compact filing format frees up space in aisles or workstations. Finish color is Black. Leveling glides compensate for uneven floors. Optional front-to-back hangrails for high-density filing in 30"W models. 52.5"H x 36"W x 18"D. Adjustable hang rails for side-to-side rails hold letter/legal size files.
Four vertical reinforcements keep the cabinet sturdy and the drawers gliding smoothly. Built-in counterweight stabilizes the cabinet when a drawer is opened. File dividers hold files neatly in upright position if hanging folders and hangrails are not used. Backed by the HON Limited 5-Year Warranty. Anti-tip mechanism.
Enclosed base resists tampering and strengthens the cabinet. All-welded case construction stands up to demanding work environments. Steel ball-bearing drawer suspensions operate easily and quietly. Delivery and Installation included "white glove". Affordable lateral file for light-duty use.

Quality product

Was able to make sure it would be balanced and filled front to back with each drawer. The only concern was the product didn't come with parts to make the drawers to fill front to back. I contacted Sam's club and they told me about the parts needed. I was able to get the parts for making each drawer front to back.
