Albanese Gummy Bears: I like the manufacturer, women owned in Indiana. But I love these Gummy Bears even more. I've ordered from various suppliers plus the factory and they are always shipped fresh. If you don't know fresh Gummy Bears made in the US, explore these flavors (just listing those I found wonderful): Grapefruit (pink) are the best artificial flavor since Jolly Rancher Watermelon last century, but I've not been impressed by the other traditional flavors. But Albanese True to Fruit assorted (Tropical or American) are amazing, with only natural flavors. They have worms an sours and even high-end chocolate, reduced sugar, but I haven't tried these yet. Pay no more than a fair price. Walmart offers prices at or near the factory retail prices for all single flavors, check them on the Albanese web site, take your time and read through their history of innovation: think American ingenuity and risk taking in a highly competitive, perishable market. Its all about dedication. Back to pricing: big A uses some kind of demand pricing, so buy Walmart. From the factory all 5 lb bags are the same price, and higher priced flavors from other suppliers is all markup, cash from you subsidizing their profiteering (or capitalist supply and demand where the middle man taxes your taste buds). It takes clear vision, patience and hard work to develop and make the best products with competitive prices. No, I don't work there or get any comp and admit I was under the influence of gummies when I researched this. Buy some and see for yourself.
