We installed the new shower door almost a year after purchasing it and during the install, one of the trim pieces was cut too short. So, my expectation was that we'd have to pay for new piece along with shipping costs, but to my surprise, DreamLine sent a new piece at no cost. Overall, the door looks great and we've been happy with the overall quality.
