I received what was supposed to be 24 (4 six-packs) rolls, full sheets, of Brawny Paper Towels for $46.95. Instead, on October 19, 2023, I received ONLY 1 six-pack of Brawny's paper towels for $46.95. A refund was issued for the order Sold by BuyTheCase. On November 15, 2023, I received the second order for 24 rolls (4 six-packs) of Brawny paper towels for $46.95, and again, I received ONLY 1 six-pack of towels. Walmart customer service told me to wait until Friday, November 17, 2023, to see if the seller, Sold by BuyTheCase, will reach out to me for a solution to the problem. I contacted Sold by BuyTheCase and I was told that this is a Walmart problem.
