These work great on my legs cramps. They usually hit during the night and I couldn't get back to sleep. And my legs were so sore the next day , I could hardly stand on them, let alonewalk on them. After finding these I was delighted. Just put a few under my tongue and let them desolve. They work pretty quick. I can get back to sleep and my legs don't hurt the next day. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] once I took this I did notice my legs muscles were not spazzing like they normally do each night. I took this for a week and then After stopped to see if there was a difference and the leg spasms started to to come gradually. This will be a product I continue to use
