Bought a first alert brand from lowes...not good! then bought this to replace it, love this one!!! handle on the one before was cheap & didn't want to lock properly [even though it costed more than this one!?] Sentry Safe is a great brand, highly recommend them! I have two of them now.

Weight is good. Not so heavy I can not move it around but heavy enough it would take a very large crook serious effort to carry it out the door. Sufficient storage space for valuables and pockets for documents. Three digit combination easy to remember. The only negative is it does not have an integral light to illuminate the interior. But battery powered stick ons are available at walmart so not a big deal. For the money it's a good buy and I sleep better knowing my valuables are secure.
