Not the quality I expect from Delta

All of our faucets are Delta. We purchased this because of the design and Delta reputation. Was very disappointed that the entire piece is made of plastic. Not the quality I expect from Delta. Would happily pay more if it was made from metal.

Very disappointed

We purchased this item because we love delta products. Unfortunately less than 5 months after instillation the screw connector piece kept failing. The arm would just fall and we would have to screw it back up. After a few minutes it would fall again. Now it has completely fallen off causing water to spray our entire bathroom. We can. Not get the screw back on and tightened so are forced to go out and purchase a new and better product.

Where is the usual Delta quality?

I love the rain shower head itself but it broke inside during installation causing it to leak and affecting the flow. Very disappointed since I always bought Delta products. For what I paid I am truly disgusted.
