Simple set up!

I bought this to record and edit my gameplay from my Xbox One X. I was intimidated because I have never used a capture card. The setup was plug and play and I was recording videos within minutes. The software was a little bit more of a learning curve. After watching a few videos I was able to fine tune it to my preferences.

Great Capturecard!

The capture sends the video from my PS4 to my Macbook Pro with almost no issues -- only a usb a to usb c converter was necessary. The input lag is minimal, and this product feeds directly into OBS Studio with no need to stop by another program (freeing up CPU!). One small nag -- the analog input port requires use of the 4K Capture Utility, which is a windows only program. A USB sound card avoided this issue, in order to feed my MixAmp audio to OBS instead of only the system audio.
