This is not new it is refurbished!

Was surprised to see that it was refurbished (Amazon) and looked back at the listing and didn't see anything detailing that. I decided to try it out because it still look almost new and the features were affordable but after having it on for awhile the mousepad would not work and I would have to use the small button in keyboard for mouse and after awhile of struggling with that the mousepad would come back on. I updated Windows and went to Dell site and completed all of Dell's updates and problem persisted so I initiated a return. Walmart instructions were to return to store which I tried and they would not take it because it is from another marketplace. Had to call in and get a return label email so I will send it in tonight.
