Trouble contacting the auto shop
Ordering was easy and the tires were delivered to my local store quickly. However, contacting the auto shop by phone was nearly impossible. I had to let the phone ring to the main store number for dozens of times. I tried multiple times. On three occasions I talked to a person. First said she'd transfer my call but I got a dial tone. The second said I needed to call the shop directly but I wasn't in a position to write the number down. She transfered me but then it rang forever. Finally, on a Monday, after missing my appointment, I got through. I decided to pick up the tires and have another shop mount them. :-(
