I use these in several ways. Sometimes I eat 5 as a meal. Sometimes I just eat one or two. I used to eat them with salsa. I found some spicy queso and now I'm hooked on that combo. I grew up in San Antonio, Texas, and that fostered a strong love of Mexican foods. These never disappoint. I don't know how healthy they are, but I know they're great!

These are my favorite taquitos. I'm sensitive to dairy and these are without cheese. Plus the beef flavor is tasty and surrounded by a crispy corn tortilla. I have a tiny air fryer but can still fit 4 of these in at a time. Making for a great meal when paired with a salad or other veggies. The texture is a nice blend of soft and crunchy.
