Strong Cardamom Taste - Delicious!
I was worried that it would look watery, but the color is very nice. Herbal smell, predominantly cardamom Black: Strong initial cardamom flavor that I really liked. It reminds me of having coffee in Jordan, and I look forward to having it in tiny cups with friends and family. Afterward the taste is sweet with some of the complexities you taste in coffee. Slightly acidic at the end. With milk: It is a truly delightful drink! I could definitely make this my morning cup. The slight "off" tastes that distract from believing it's actually coffee are mellowed out dramatically. I liked that this one is made as a pour over instead of an instant powder. It wouldn't be as nice for lattes for that reason, but it's nice to get to do some coffee-making things like a real grown up.

It only took me 1-1/2 days to get used to the different taste from coffee!! I am on an elimination diet -taking away caffeine, chemicals, etc, so I struggled with the coffee part of the equation! Your product has saved me greatly as well as making me feel better!! Because of the Ayurvedic properties, it is helping my other symptoms of inflammation and MCAS! I make 2 cups /day and even take it in a few restaurants in a little sippy cup to avoid buying their drinks which I can't have right now!!!!
