Great for newbies to Gluten Free life.

The food made from the recipies in this book actually tastes great. My husband and kids even enjoy it and say it tastes like "real" food. The introduction section has a lot of helpful information. I had originally checked it out from the library, but really wanted to have it as a permanent resource in my new G-free kitchen.

Great receipes

I really have enjoyed this cookbook in my journey to limit my gluten. Elisabeth has taken all the work out of trying to figure out which flours work best to take the guesswork out of baking gluten free. Her recipes are family friendly and very tasty. I especially like her chapter on calorie friendly foods. I've had a little trouble finding some of the specialty flours in my area but have kept looking and modifying.
