When my Deco Home 20V cordless electric leaf blower was delivered, I found out that the battery was not quite right. I called the customer support, Chris talked to me. He promised he was committed to resolving this issue. He said he would find a battery replacement or a full unit replacement. He also sent a follow-up email regarding this issue. According to his email, they did not have any replacement battery available at the moment. Therefore, they shipped me a full unit replacement. I am happy to report that I did receive it.

Seems to be good quality. Charges quickly. Not as powerful as a larger, more expensive type, but for the price, it's great. Had to physically move around the wet clumped leaves first, but it does the job, especially with dry leaves. Also like the size and weight.
