Deco Foil Adhesive 2.1oz

I received this and got a chance to try it just the other day. It came in the mail in a plastic non padded envelope. I removed the seal put the cap back on and squeezed to do a test. Only thing that came out was foam and some clear liquid.. some white stuff went into the cap but cannot be squeezed out, at all! I asked for a return from Pens and More, still havent heard from them after 2 business days. I also contacted the manufacturer, asking what could have happened. They had no idea, if it was old stock. They did say it could have been kept too cool, or frozen in storage. I asked if i could stir it and use it, they had no idea if it would have it original properties. Will Walmart step in and handle this? I dont think so, I went through walmart return sending the first email through them to the company. Today i just went to do it again and now my option is to contact the company directly. Nice huh?
