I absolutely love this wind chime. I'm very pleased , it's bigger than I thought it would be . Very well packed . The easiest way to unpack without getting it all tangled up is to lay it flat open the packing bubble, find the hanging hook and pick it straight up , if any links are tangled , hang the wind chime up let the links fall freely then carefully untwist the chains .
