Love this thing
I have always been a charcoal guy and could not understand why someone would want a gas grill with grates. If you are going to cook with gas and no smoke then this is the way to go! So far I have done, smash burgers, cheese-steaks, chicken thighs and bacon, eggs, and hash brown breakfast. All turned out much better than I could ever imagine. I really do love this thing!

A great griddle
I purchased this griddle so I could make smash burgers and I was not disappointed. Overall the assembly was pretty easy and I was able to use it the same day after seasoning it. Would recommend this product.
