A great substitute if you can't chew pumpkin seeds
The jar is small -only 8 ounces. The pumpkin seed is tasty and has a mild flavor. I love raw organic pumpkin seeds, but have a little bit of a problem with the spread being green. Of course it's green because that's what pumpkin seeds are.! This is a very healthy snack. I bought it because I am afraid to chew pumpkin seeds. I am 76 . It came promptly and was very well packed. I definitely would buy the raw sprouted organic sunflower butter from this company again( same size, same price) but I am not sure if I want to spend $10 on either it or the pumpkin seed spread very often.

This is one of my favorite tasting nut butters. I wish it came in a larger size. It's excellent quality with no added ingredients. I use about one jar monthly. I put it on top of dates for a snack. I've added it as an ingredient to salad dressings and smoothies recipes.

The quality, size, taste and package of this ingredient has a smooth composition. It can be used in a dessert recipe or savory sauce as a daily frequency. Serving size is 1-2 Tablespoons in our diet. It's added value is that is it sprouted, organic and raw. So the health benefits give it a important addition.
