The texture is thick, creamy, and smooth, with a rich cheesecake flavor that feels like a treat—but with only 80 calories, there's no guilt. The sweetness level is perfect—not too sweet, just enough to satisfy a craving. It's filling enough for a snack or even part of a light breakfast, just like I had during my hospital stay. I love that it's Greek yogurt—healthier and packed with protein. I'd definitely buy this again and recommend it to family and friends.
