Light + Fit Caramel Apple Pie Greek Fat Free Yogurt Cup, 5.3 oz

The limited edition caramel apple pie yogurt from Dannon Lit and Fit is good. The yogurt contains these carmelizes apples with cinnamon and tasty vanilla yogurt. Because of the cup-style package you do have to mix the yogurt before you consume it and risk a little bit falling out. The yogurt, however, is a great way to eat healthy and still fulfill the seasonal apple pie craving you would have while losing weight. I did not take this yogurt for granted. I enjoyed every part of the yogurt. The yogurt can be extremely cold once taken out of the refrigerator, and you may think you need to add something like peanut butter, lactose milk, or pineapple to the yogurt. But, I would keep it simple and stick to the taste of the yogurt that is there. Since, this yogurt is a limited edition I did not get much. I wanted to try it. The yogurt is good believe me. I've never been much on yogurt until lately. I started working out and I looked for sources of protein I could eat on a daily basis. This was Love at first bite!! It's flavor is delicious with bits of apple throughout. It has a creamy texture that is just perfect. My only complaint is that it's not in a huge container! I'm saying that jokingly because of it was bigger I'd have no problem cleaning out the container! 😉
