These marshmallows are amazing! My grandson has developed a beef allergy and can't eat regular marshmallows anymore. I bought these to see if they melted well. They melt very well!! We roasted some, and they are a little crunchy on the outside and oh so creamy on the inside. The vanilla flavor is spot on! I will definitely be buying these again!
