NO SWEAT, definitely NO GAIN

I bought this in hopes of a "real" workout. This product does not even get you to break a sweat. I had to join a exercise to break a sweat and feel muscles that I've not used in a LONG time.

dossapointed in this product

This is not worth money, it is just the girls teaching you one of their dances, and it doesn't even tell you why this dance is good for your body. Waste of time.
