I like sour cream on potatoes, chili, and other foods. I live alone so I have thrown away a lot of sour cream that goes bad before I finish it. I think Daisy stays fresh longer or maybe I like it more than others so use more. It is my preferred brand.

Always have a container on hand— always finish the smaller one so no waste. As good as one wld expect— stirs nicely if a little natural separation, nice and creamy. I lately have been dipping my strawberries in the sour cream for a lower- sugar treat compared to real whipped cream! Also great for “toning down” something I've inadvertently made too spicy!
