Daisy BB guns have been around and have been a first gun for most children out there. Even though they are not made in the states any longer the support is still there. Daisy still offers alot of support for the youth. I have the first Daisy bb gun that I received over 50 years ago. I also have one my dad received over 75 years ago. The new Daisy bb guns still shoot about the same as the old ones. Loads of fun for plinking some cans and targets in the back yard.

This is a great little BB gun with a great history and memorable tv holiday connection. I did not shoot my eye out but did scare a pesky bird away from nesting in my shop so I can enjoy my early morning coffee without this yearly returning screeching maniac. I'm sure he located a better place to nest. Just get the right BB's for this gun. Do not get the Daisy pointed BBs. I managed to pry out the one that got stuck. Just use the plain old round BB's mentioned in the manual (which is inside the box!)
