It's quiet the handset helps get the product to work quickly and we get a lot of good AC in the summer and before you know it when I need it for the heat in the winter boy did it help a very good product very happy. Daikin Mini-splits had very positive reviews from HVAC techs I spoke to, so I decided to take advantage of the great pricing on this 18K BTU heat pump mini-split offered by Walmart. The equipment arrived a few days earlier than promised and in perfect condition. Delivery even moved it into my garage, where it is presently installed. The install was straightforward with the instructions, and I now have a warm workshop during these winter months and look forward to the cooling in summer heat. My biggest challenge was running power from my panel on the wall opposite the equipment location, but my son solved that for me. The unit is whisper quiet. There is nothing better than entering your car from a warm garage during northeast winter months.
