These are great to add to coffees (iced or hot) to cover the taste of added protein flavor. The unflavored variety is fantastic for anything you are cooking to add sweet without adding sugars / carbs. Some of the flavors can taste a bit artificial - but a small amount goes a long way.

This is 0 calories and it really tastes and smells like banana. I add it to my low-calorie hot chocolate. This quickly became my favorite flavor, better than peanut butter, better than strawberry (even with its sugar), and even better than caramel.
