I recommend this bike for a starter bike. I did have a little trouble with a squeaking noise, but I notified the seller. We talked via email back-and-forth and the seller resolved the issue promptly it was nothing wrong with the bike. It was the way I put the bike together . Best and most affordable set of wheels for a handicap. Definitely worth the price. Battery last up to 15.5 mile an without pedal assist. Disk brakes to help with the immediate stopping. Assembly took about an hour thanks the stars they had video assembly tutorial and build… it's a little slow up hills but I ain't complaining cuz I know my weight is the reason for that.

Assembly was really difficult because the instructions are...pictures and not really words. luckily I found the assembly video online. %231 most difficult part of assembly was undersranding that the huge screw that comes on the front forks is...nothing. It seems like it should be a part of the bike post-assembly but it is not. %232 is that there are four wires to connect, not three as described in the manual. My son enjoys the bike and he rides for maybe 30 minutes a day, doesn't go far from home. For him, the charge and speed is sufficient.
