Pet and people safe (2 cats, a dog, fish %26 a bearded dragon in my household), easy to use, no offensive odor (slight lemon scent while deploying, with a pleasant, almost greenhouse-like fresh scent that lingers only a short while afterward, then dissipates). I used it in a very mildewy basement and the effects were dramatically noticeable upon returning after use. I'm going to buy this product again for my garage. Amazing stuff! Performs exactly as descibed. So much better than the toxic stuff out there.
