I have neuropathy in my legs and feet unfortunately and I believe the PM version works great… I am sensitive to melatonin so three pills at a time was too much for me… made me vomit… but when I reduced the dosage to just one pill it was very helpful and worked wonders for the vibration and pins and needles “hot coals/ chard glass feeling” and anything that can minimize the pain is something I completely stand by!

There are two versions, regular and PM. PM is harder to find, the regular is easy and only partly works for me. So happy when I found the PM version. My toes don't hurt anymore, especially in bed, such relief. Now I get a good night's sleep. Only bad mark would be the bottle is very small compared to reg. Says 30 tablets, look on the back it says to take 2 each night, so this bottle is only good for 15 days, need to buy 2 bottles for a month's supply. Yes they are expensive, however, they do work.
