Not sure, what some of the others are talking about but these trees are great! I think they look very nice and look just as pictured. I could play around with fluffing them out more but I don't want them that full. Did have an issue with the silica beads they put in the box though. The box was opened partially from the shipping company and the silica bead bags ripped open. They went all over my floor as I didn't realize the box had a tear. They aren't normal silicone beads though. They look more like little pebbles/rocks. 5 stars for the product!!
