Could have been a better attachment from the hose to the small exhaust vent. We've only had this for less than a month and are happy with it at this time. It shows you the temp in the room before turning it on, very convenient. The noise level is a lot less than the other one we had. It does have a slightly larger footprint than others with the same BTU's. At this time I would recommend this product.
